Mleiha Archaeological and Eco-tourism Project, is offering a special Ramadan package for tourists and residents up until the end of the holy month. Mleiha will provide visitors an opportunity to enjoy unique desert experiences at ‘Ramadan Star Lounge’, the exclusive iftar/suhoor tent with a special Ramadan menu. Visitors can arrive for Iftar at the Ramadan Star Lounge with their family and friends to break the fast. The evening will take off in the new star lounge area while serving a specially catered Ramadan menu under the stars. Mleiha’s Ramadan activities will begin at Iftar time and continue till 2 a.m. each night.
During the experience, visitors will have the opportunity to evoke the past, immersed in a world of archaeology and fossils, while visiting the Archaeological Museum that is included in the package. Accompanied by a professional tour guide, visitors can enjoy captivating views of the spectacular natural scenery as they discover the region’s rich history, relax around a campfire and indulge in a stargazing session with an astronomer guide.
