With two seasonally themed dinners to choose from, each menu reflects the craftsmanship of the talented culinary team, and their special interpretation of festive dishes, blending luxurious trends with a regional twist.
The Restaurant’s menu will feature international choices including burnt burrata cheese or lobster salad for starters, citrus poached burnt shark steak or gold topped sous-vide lamb loin, ending the dinner with a sumptuous festive garden and Chocolate Orange-Gina roulade. The Restaurant’s dinner feast is priced at AED 420++ per person.
The Arabic Restaurant prepares a dinner feast soaked in Middle Eastern flavours for those who seek an authentic experience from the hot and cold mezzeh selection, fish Sayadieh, lamb or chicken tagine for the main course, to the all-time favourite Mouhalbia with banana compote, homemade mint sorbet and fresh berries. The Arabic Restaurant’s dinner feast is priced at AED 320++ per person.
